Circle Left Circle Back |
All join hands in circle and
slip step left 8 steps. Circle back 8 steps. |
| A2 | Top Couple Cast Off Solo | Top couple only cast off around the top of the set and back up the middle. |
| A3 | Bottom Couple Full Cast Off | Bottom couple, follow by each line cast off around the outside and form an arch at the top. Others pass through the arch and down the set. |
| B1 | Ladies Thread-the-Needle | Both lines join hands, men form arches. The new top lady leads the line of ladies through the first arch and then weave in front and behind the men's line and back to place. |
| B2 | Men Thread-the-Needle | New top man leads the other men to thread-the-needle on the ladies' line. |
| - | 40 bar Reel AAABB | Durham is in the north east of England. |
