| 1 | Longways sets of 4 couples. 1 and 2 are top, 3 and 4 bottom. | |
| A1 | Single Cast | Top couple cast outwards followed by the rest of the lines. Couples join at the bottom in the skater's hold and return up the set. |
| A2 | Double Cast Left | At the top of the set, still in skater's hold all couples cast to the left, down the set and back to place. |
| B1 | Star | Top couples 1 and 2 star right, bottom couples 2 and 3 star right. |
| B2 | Top Couple Swing | Couples 1 swing down to the bottom of the set. Others clap and move up one place. |
| - | 32 bar Reels AABB | Simple, enjoyable and a little different than other dances. |
